We represent Senco Masslink Technology Ltd., our parent company which is an Apple Authorized Service Provider (service centre) in Hong Kong, for you to get the best support for your Apple products. We are certified as both Apple Certified Desktop Technicians and Apple Certified Laptop Technicians and are able to ensure our quality of service. To serve our customers at iCampus store, we have Apple Certified Technician to provide handy assistance and support.

Service Level Agreement

We offer a variety of computer maintenance and repair agreements in an effort to meet the needs of our customers. The offerings include labor based support, maintenance support and repairing service of hardware and software, emergency response, and others. Our service level agreement allows our customers to budget for support costs, provides knowledgeable service on various applications, and a constant level of support regardless of technician staffing issues.


Repair Terms and Conditions

To ease the peace of mind of our customers, here below is our general Terms and Conditions governing our repairing service.

1. For non-warranty repairing service, we will repair your product as described and for the charges shown on quotation or invoices. To qualify for warranty or an extended service contract, such as the AppleCare Protection Plan, customer has to present satisfactory proof of the product・s eligibility for such repairs.

2. For chargeable repairing service, customer will pay iCampus. The outstanding payment is due when the repaired item is returned to the customer. Unless specified otherwise, the quotation or invoice includes all parts, labor, and transportation, if any, required for the repair of the product. iCampus may hold you responsible for the diagnostic fee, if we inspect your product, provide a quotation or invoice, and the customer does not authorize us to undertake the repair. If we determine, while inspecting your product, that repairs are needed due to failures of parts that are neither supplied by the original manufacturer or are needed due to damage caused by abuse, misuse or misapplication, we reserve the right to return the product to the customer without repairing it, and will hold the customer responsible for the diagnostic fee.

3. If the requested repairs require labor and/or parts not specified on the quotation or invoice, we may seek your approval of a revised service charge. If you do not agree with our revised charge, we may return the product and hold the customer responsible for the diagnostic fee shown on the quotation or invoice.

4. We would use new, used or reconditioned parts whichever appropriate to complete the repairing service for customer. We will retain the replaced part that is exchanged under repair service as our property, and the replacement part will become the customer・s property. If applicable law requires us to return a replaced part to the Customer, he / she agrees to pay us the additional cost of the replacement item.

5. If we repair the customer・s product under warranty or extended service contract, the repairs will be covered solely by the terms of the warranty or extended service contract and applicable provisions of Hong Kong Law. If the product is repaired outside of warranty, we warrant (1) that the repairs will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts used to repair the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days, unless otherwise specified by us. The warranty on parts is an express limited warranty. If a defect exists in a replacement part during the part・s warranty period, at its option, we will (1) repair the part, using new, used or reconditioned replacement parts, (2) replace the part with a new, used or reconditioned equivalent part, or (3) refund the fair market value of the part, as determined by us. This warranty and remedy are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied, with respect to such parts, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If we cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the express limited warranty.

6. If any product is damaged or lost while in our custody, our liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected product. Subject to the previous sentence, our entire liability for any damages from any cause whatsoever with respect to the repair of the product, whether due to our negligence or to any other reason, is limited to the amounts that customer pays for repair services. We have no liability whatsoever for indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or revenue. We also have no liability for loss of or damage to data, software applications and Operating System. Each customer has to bear the full responsibility for backup of his / her data, software application and Operating System before taking our repairing and maintenance service. Each customer・s only remedy under this repair agreement is to seek recovery of damages against us in an amount not to exceed what each customer has paid for repair and / or maintenance services.

7. If customer has not claimed his / her product and paid all charges due within sixty (60) days after being notified by us that his / her product has been repaired or maintained, we will consider the product abandoned. We will provide such notice to the customer at the mailing address or telephone call he / she furnished at the time of authorization of the repairs or maintenance service. We may dispose of the product at our own discretion, and, specifically, may sell the product at a private or public sale without liability to the customer. We reserve its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.

8. If repair service involves transferring information or reinstalling software, the customer represents that he / she has the legal right to copy the information and agrees to the terms of the software license, and he / she authorizes us to transfer the information and accept such terms on his / her behalf in performing the service.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong (without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions). If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will no longer be part of the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will be enforceable as though that provision never was a part of them.

10. These Terms and Conditions are the only ones that govern our repair or maintenance of the customer・s product. No other oral or written terms or conditions apply, including ones in any purchase order that the customer provides to us. No one has the authority from us to vary any of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Our products are subject to the supplier・s and foreign export control laws and regulations, and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

12. Each customer agrees and understands that it is necessary for us to collect, process and use the customer・s data in order to perform the service and support obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We will protect his / her information in accordance with Hong Kong customer privacy policy.

13. If a defect exists during the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed. The warranty period also will be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller of the failure of the repairs within sixty (60) days after they were completed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may return this product for a replacement or a refund subject, if either case, to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage. The time extension overrides the protection or remedies the buyer has under other laws.
