Eligibility to Purchase at Educational Price : The following individuals are eligible to purchase through our Apple Store for Education : - Students of the University of Hong Kong and Vocational Training Council - Employees of the University of Hong Kong and Vocational Training Council - Board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members of the University of Hong Kong and Vocational    Training Council - Executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers of the University of Hong Kong and Vocational Training Council Qualified individuals will entitle to purchase the following quantities of product per academic school year at educational price from our Apple store : 1.  Mac Desktop: One (1) may be purchased per academic year 2.  Mac mini: One (1) may be purchased per academic year 3.  Mac Notebook: One (1) may be purchased per academic year 4.  Mac Monitor Display: A maximum of two (2) may be purchased per academic year 5.  Mac Software: A maximum of two (2) per software title may be purchased per academic year 6.  iPod: There is no limit on the quantity of iPod purchases per academic year

Non-Educational Price :

Ineligible individuals for educational price are welcome to visit our iCampus store. Occasionally, promotional offers and special gifts are available for them.

Statement of Eligibility :

I represent that I am an eligible member of one of the defined groups above to purchase from iCampus for Education Individuals. The products being purchased directly from iCampus are for my own personal, education, and / or research use.

Terms of Conditions :

1. Each customer has the responsibility to inspect his / her purchased items before countersigning our invoice or receipt notes. Upon your signature, the selling price is final and purchased items cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is dead on arrival. We bear no accountability for price difference and promotional offer from other suppliers.

2. Our purchase order / invoice contains confidential trade secret & shall in no circumstances be released to any 3rd party &/or employees agents not authorized to deal this matter. In event of breach of this confidential undertaking, the defaulting party shall fully indemnify and keep indemnified the non-defaulting party for all claim action proceedings as loss and damage whatsoever.
